Ambi Estevez undefeated in Tri-State at Cue Bar’s tournament in Bayside,(Queens)y, NY . Ambi’s tournament trail included wins over Sung Lee 6 – 4; Stewart Warnock, Sr. 7 – 6; Suzzie Wong 5 – 1; Joe Romeo 5 – 3; and Bob Toomey 5 – 3 for the Hot Seat. Meanwhile, Andrew Cicoria won five matches in a row on the loss side, to face Ambi Estevez in the Finals. Ambi was in good form and took command rather quickly, winning 5 – 3. Special recognition goes to Andrew Cicoria for his strong 2nd place finish and Bob Toomey for an respectable 3rd place finish. The next Tri-State event will be 9 Ball on August 19, 2018 , at Steinway Billiards , 3525 Steinway Street , Astoria, Queens, N.Y.
