Nathaniel Raimondo went undefeated in Tri-State at Steinway Billiards’ tournament in Astoria,(Queens)y, NY . Nathaniel’s tournament trail included wins over Greg Matos 7 – 5; Luis LaPuente 7 – 3; Mike Mele 7 – 2; and Phil Pearce 7 – 5; before suffering a loss to Stewart Warnock, Sr. 9 – 7. Afterward, Stewart Sr. defeated Adam Miller 7 – 5 for the hot seat. Meanwhile, Nathaniel continued to thrieve on the loss side. He proceeded with wins over Greg Matos 7 – 3, Amir Rashad Uddin 7 – 4, and Adam Miller 7 – 5 , which brought him into the Finals against Stewart Warnock, Sr. The Final match extended to a race to 11 ending into the wee hours. This time it was Nathaniel turning the cards with an 11 – 8 victory. Special recognition goes to Adam Miller and Amir Rashad Uddin for a strong 3rd and 4th place finish, respectively. The next Tri-State event will be 9 Ball on August 25 & 26, 2018, B-C-D 9 Ball at Amsterdam Billiards , NYC, New York.
