Lidio Ramirez undefeated in Tri-State at Steinway Billiards, Astoria (Queens), NY). Lidio’s tournament trail included wins over Jose Mendez 7 – 1, Russell Masciotti 8 – 6; Kevin Shin 7 – 4; Edwin Gutkin 7 – 4; and Adrian Daniel 9 – 6 for the Hot Seat. Meanwhile Kevin Shin won four in a row to face off against Adrian Daniel for another shot at Lidio; however, he fell short 7 – 4. The finally between Lidio and Adrian was a little different then their last match up; but the end result was the same. Adrian jumped off to a big lead 8 to 4. Lidio fought back , tied the score 8 – 8, and closed the door on this cliff hanger 9 – 8.
